WEEKLY EMDR THERAPY
Steady, Supported Healing Through Weekly EMDR
Trauma can affect your sleep, relationships, emotions, body, and sense of safety. Weekly EMDR Therapy gives you a consistent space to work through those effects gradually, with time between sessions to process, notice changes, and build trust in the therapeutic relationship.
You do not have to retell every painful detail or force yourself through the work all at once. Weekly EMDR allows healing to happen at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable.

Why Weekly EMDR Can Be a Powerful Approach
Weekly EMDR combines focused trauma processing with the consistency of an ongoing therapeutic relationship.
Build Safety & Trust
Process at a Manageable Pace
Notice What Changes Between Sessions
Return & Keep Building
Weekly EMDR creates space for progress without pressure.

What Is Weekly EMDR Therapy?
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR does not require you to describe a traumatic experience in detail or repeatedly retell what happened. In weekly sessions, the work unfolds at a steady pace, giving you time to process, reflect, and build on progress from week to week.
LESS RETELLING
You do not have to describe every painful detail.
FOCUSED PROCESSING
Helps your brain reprocess stuck memories.
WEEKLY RHYTHM
Time to integrate what shifts between sessions.
Trauma Can Affect More Than Your Memories
Intrusive Memories
Unexpected and distressing memories or images.
Always on Guard
Feeling constantly alert or on edge.
Changes in Identity
Feeling different, disconnected, or unsure of who you are.
Avoidance
Trying to stay away from reminders or certain places.
Difficulty Trusting
Feeling unsafe with others or in close relationships.
Guilt & Self-Blame
Carrying feelings of guilt or believing it was your fault.
Changes in Mood
Feeling more anxious, sad, irritable, or numb.
Loss of Interest
Less enjoyment in things that used to matter.
Physical Symptoms
Tension, headaches, stomach issues, or trouble sleeping.
You Can Heal Without Retelling Every Detail
Maybe you have tried therapy before and found that repeatedly talking about what happened left you feeling overwhelmed instead of relieved. Weekly EMDR Therapy gives you another way forward.
You do not have to describe every part of the trauma in detail. The work focuses on helping your brain process distressing memories, beliefs, emotions, and physical responses in a structured and supportive way.
You can make meaningful progress without forcing yourself to move faster than you are ready to go.
